Flow Control Systems and Dewatering Pumps
SCG Process provides a broad range of dewatering pump options to help manage all sorts of water issues. We can provide hard metal, stainless steel and urethane lined pumps for the harshest applications in the treatment plant, acid sump or out in the pit. Our pump skids and submersible pumps are used in mines to handle temporary seasonal inflows, water recycling, and pit dewatering.
Flow and Pressure Control Stations
SCG Process designs and manufactures pressured conveyance stations to transport water and ensure proper water operating pressure for mining operations. To provide stable operation and control, the pre-engineered and factory tested conveyance stations offer several flow and pressure control stations that are each housed in a container. The container is ideal for cold climate operations and includes all piping, valves, instrumentation, electrical equipment, lighting, heating, ventilation and gas detection equipment. This pre-engineered and factory tested system approach minimizes transportation and installation costs as only piping, power and control hook-up is required on-site.

SCG Process is proud to represent Gorman-Rupp which offers hundreds of self-priming centrifugal, standard centrifugal and diaphragm pump models for handling everything from clear water to corrosive/abrasive solids in above-ground mining applications.

Benefits of Gorman-Rupp Self-Priming Pump Packages
Prime Aire® pumps feature Gorman-Rupp’s patented priming system. The system uses a venturi and compressor, eliminating the leaks associated with traditional vacuum-assisted pumps. Pumps are available with Caterpillar, John-Deere , Yanmar and other diesel engines. Electric motors are also an option.
