Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps & Systems
SCG Process provides liquid ring pumps and systems to provide vacuum or air compression in many applications such as steam, autoclave, vacuum tables, vacuum process chambers and vapour recovery. Their robust design and construction materials make them suitable for tough process applications where aggressive chemicals may be present.
- Vapour Recovery
- Central Vacuum Systems
SCG Process offer vacuum pumps as individual pump units or as part of pre-engineered or custom vacuum systems. Numerous sizes, hydraulics and material combinations are available to meet specific site needs where uncompromising reliability and efficiency are critical.
The comprehensive FLOWSERVE SIHI® range of liquid ring vacuum pumps are available in single and two stage designs, with suction capacity up to 12 000 m³/h (7063 cfm) and pressures in the range 33 (25) to 1013 mbar (760 Torr) without further boosting equipment. Additionally, the liquid-ring principle is also used as a compressor in which to generate positive pressures up to circa. 13 barg (188 psig).
Benefits of Vacuum Pumps:
- Complete packages for vacuum, gas and liquid applications
- Extremely robust
- Cool operation
- Superior liquid, vapour and solids handling
- High volumetric flow-rate
- Simple maintenance available in a wide rage of materials
Central Vacuum and House-Keeping Systems
Spencer central vacuum systems are custom designed for each facility with a centrally located vacuum producer, dirt separator or material collector, connected to a metallic vacuum tubing network. They extend “vacuum power” throughout operations of any size, providing intense cleaning power, and much more including: fume removal, liquid spill pickup, hazardous and recyclable goods collection, bulk material conveying, vacuum hold-down or pickup, etc.
- Modular central vacuum systems
- Mobile or stationary integrated vacuum units
- Dust collectors and separators
- Bulk material handling
- Liquids handling
