During commissioning and start-up services, we provide consultation every step of the way. Our technicians inspect existing installations to ensure they are done to manufacturers specifications, make recommendations for changes, detect issues before your process starts up, and provides training on equipment operation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Ensuring that processes are running efficiently from day one and operations staff are confident using the new equipment. 

For metering related projects, SCG Process has invested in two distinct and separate flow laboratories dedicated for water and wastewater liquid flow meters. The laboratory facilities are used to confirm meters are fully functioning within the accuracy required prior to installation, ensuring equipment meets all quality assurance specifications and initial setup is done accurately while minimizing downtime. 

Our technical service team is fully certified for confined space entry, rescue, fall-protection, hazard assessments, and other related legislation for working in water/wastewater treatment, distributions, collections or industrial settings.
